Williwaw event space pricing is determined by the day and time of your event.

Private Events
When available Williwaw is a wonderful venue to host your company/brand event, movie screenings, fundraiser, after work mixers, wedding, and birthdays. We currently have several areas to rent based on your guest count and needs including the Social and Dining Halls, Blues Central and the Loft.
Please fill out the form below with as much details as possible. Due to high volume of event rental inquiries at this time, please allow one to two business days to get back to you.

The roof is not rented out due to weather fluctuations

Music and Entertainment Bookings
For all booking inquiries, please email the following to susynn@williwawsocial.com (bonus points awarded for brevity):
please include the date or a REALISTIC date range you are looking to play the room – you may not receive a response if there is no date(s)
submit an electronic press kit with audio samples that best represent your music along with your Facebook page, IG and website
include a concise description of your music (genre, influences, etc)
please give a detailed report of your previous performance history, including draw, in the Anchorage market along with any relevant references from talent buyers, promoters etc.
include any Anchorage and Alaska-based press reviews or mentions
email and phone number for us to contact you
