Ticket Purchase Policy

At Williwaw, we strive to make your ticket purchasing experience as easy and convenient as possible. Please take a moment to review this purchase policy which governs purchases made on our Site, our Terms which govern your use of our Site, and our privacy policy. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Williwaw Social uses, Eventbrite an Internet-based, ticketing service for ticketing purposes. We also allow outside promoters and clients to use a ticketing systems of their own if they choose, in which case we are hired by our clients to sell THEIR tickets. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your event experience please contact us before the event has concluded. Policies set forth by our clients do not allow us to exchange or refund tickets once an event has taken place for any reason.

Methods of Payment

Eventbrite accepts VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards for your purchases. In addition to the above credit card companies, cash is also accepted at the Williwaw Box Office and at the door. At the discretion of the venue or event promoter, however, all of these options may not be available for certain events.

Pricing and Availability

Throughout the duration an event is on sale on our Site, the Eventbrite software will select the best possible seat location at that time, as determined by our clients. Eventbrite does not determine which seats are better than others. The venue where the event takes place decides in which order seats will sell. By utilizing the Internet, all of Eventbrite distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, tickets for popular events with a high demand may sell quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event or added to an event as it is selling. Eventbrite does not control this inventory or its availability.

Order Confirmations

After submitting payment information, if for whatever reason you do not receive an order confirmation through a page on our Site or a confirmation e-mail or you are experiencing an error message, it is your responsibility to confirm with Eventbrite customer service whether your order has been processed. Eventbrite will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

Convenience Charges

A convenience fee (service charge) is assessed for each ticket purchased for the ease of purchasing tickets remotely. Delivery fees may also apply.

Ticket Limits

When purchasing tickets through Eventbrite and the Williwaw Box Office, you are limited to a maximum number of tickets for each event per purchase. This ticket limit is clearly identified on the event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets if you exceed the posted limits, including orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

Cancelled or Postponed Events

All ticketed events are to be held regardless of weather conditions. Sometimes weather or other outside considerations make the performance impossible to complete. In such instances, Williwaw or the event promoter are charged with making the final determination of cancellation and refund availability. Williwaw and Eventbrite will issue refunds ONLY if an event is canceled in its entirety. Refunds for rescheduled events will be provided only with the Williwaw's or promoter’s approval. If an event is canceled and not rescheduled, refunds will automatically be applied to the credit card used by the customer at the time of purchase. Ticket holders who purchase tickets with cash at the Williwaw Box Office, must come return to the box office for a refund. In instances with credit card purchases, refunds will generally appear on your next account statement depending on your billing cycle. Refunds for canceled performances include the ticket price and the per ticket convenience charge(s), but do not include the per order handling charge if any fees are collected for a chosen delivery option.
