The focus of our menu is flavorful foods prepared with fresh - locally sourced, whenever possible - meats, seafoods, cheeses, and produce. Menu items are designed to pair well with our ever-changing and eclectic selection of incredibly good beers.

Like a B.L.T. but meatier. Eight slices of bacon with tomatoes, spinach and basil bacon aioli on sourdough, grilled panini-style

Brewed Pulled Pork ... 15
we dry rub and slow roast our pork for 12 hours, pull it hot and hit it with our current Midnight Sun Brewing seasonal beer offering. For the purist, get it plain with our fresh slaw, or for a bolder flavor top it with our house whiskey blackberry BBQ or Sweet Cheeks sauce
